Improve decision making and quick thinking under pressure.
Improve movement, support and combination play
Details
The team in possession must combine to make passes before they can score in any one of the 4 goals.
The defending team will try to win the ball and gain possession to become attackers.
The four players on the outside act as wall passers and play with the team that are in possession. They could be limited to 1 or 2 touch to maintain the tempo.
Each pass that the attacking team makes within a sequence that finishes with a goal is worth 1 point. E.g if a team makes 3 consecutive passes and then score, they win 3 points.
If the opposition touch the ball or win possession, the pass count goes back to 0.
When a goal is scored, the coach will play a ball into the attacking team.
If the ball goes out of play, the coach will play a ball into the area.
