About Webinar

Using sport psychology, neuroscience and education theory, Coach Reed discusses how the words we use can actually cause changes in the brain that help athletes build Warrior Brains. He walks through the different traits of Warriors including fearlessness, responsibility and resilience, and the words we should stop and start using to begin to build those traits in our athletes. If we are more intentional with how we communicate we can employ those power words that lead to peak performance while avoiding those peril words that tend to limit an athletes performance.
